Question: 391-1616
One of the top branches on my tree rose has snapped. Can I apply tree wax and a cloth? Pat, Norwich, CT

Mort's Answer:
Do it as soon as you can. The wax or tree seal should be applied first. A cheese cloth wrap can be used over the wax or seal and followed by an outside application of more wax or seal. This should help those roses be what they have been cracked up to be.
