Question: 560-2411
We have planted Morning Glories at our 3rd floor apartment every year with great success. Can you recommend a soil that will help us with longer trails? Joe, Norwich, CT

Mort's Answer:
I have seen Morning Glories extend fifty feet in ideal situations like Hollywood, CA. You should use a top grade soil mix with a fertilizer already added. Put about three inches of sand under the medium. I prefer to add a third sand to my mixes. If you mix the sand, you will not need it on the bottom of the planters.
